One event, 30 days of content

An event is a source library, not a single video. The room already paid for the production: people, stage, sponsors, and a reason to gather. The waste is leaving that library unpublished.
Week 1 — Recap and thank you
Ship the hero recap while the feeling is still in people’s cameras. Tag speakers and sponsors. Send a thank-you email with one still and one line from the host. This is the proof that the day mattered.
Week 2 — Proof and takeaways
Cut two or three interview answers that can live without the rest of the tape. Pull a quote card. Post the moment people actually talk about in the hallway — not the wide shot of chairs.
Week 3 — Sponsor value
Deliver booth footage, a logo pass in the recap, and a short partner clip they can post themselves. Sponsors renew when they can show their own team what the spend bought.
Week 4 — The next room
Use the same files to sell the next date: a 15-second energy cut, a registration graphic, a speaker teaser. The content should outlive the event it came from.
We wrote this into the Event Content Blueprint so teams can check the plan before call time — not after the files are sitting idle.
